You or they? Whose it is anyways?

Many a times our parents and teachers tell us to read non fiction books so that they will help us rediscover ourselves, or show us the right direction, or broaden our outlook and what not!

I can read non fiction, but not always. I like to reflect upon them rather than absorb them or blindly follow them. Because we have our own minds and logic to analyse things and understand them and devise our own strategies. Which got me thinking , hey didnt these people ones think of all that ? And isnt that the reason why they were able to write it down into books that we read today? And that lead to the simple and most obvious question in my mind......arent the people who are said to be so learned and great of having read so many books just products of someone else's thougths? What is so special about them? They are just mere readers of some books written by people who had insight and gravity of situations. Even us. We read so many stuff and feel proud that we know so much but its seriously a joke. We are mere photo copying machines who say what we read and think what we are made to think.

Its awesome how the great writers could think of things. What would be on their minds. How deep would be their reasoning,so vast would be their perceptions. How clearly they could think and so well they could convey it to us. Hats off to them.

Everyday i read many things. And I am awestruck at how could they think of such things. And someday if i come up with my own one liners about a particular thing, i am so elated and proud of ever having thought of it.

My blog is not to belittle learned people. Its just a way of conveying my regards to the great writers of the world. And in some ways the good orators also deserve the same regards from me. BRAVO!!!!

Yep....nice thought.

An author according to me has to have a great deal of experience.
But it certainly depends what and how he wants to convey things. The great are so coz they r the ones to implement it.

Loved the title.

Hmmm...goody
As Shakespeare once wrote ,
"All the worlds' a stage ,
And all the men and women merely players,
They have their exits and their entrances ,
And each man in his time plays many parts"

And so the authors play their part too ...of thinking n thinking n innovating n touching upon things that a normal person wouldnt think of penning down or perhaps share...
And so we have our glorified authors n poets
